VelocityApps is a platform that provides Shopify store automation services. We offer pre-built automations that integrate with your Shopify store to automate various tasks including inventory management, marketing, and customer engagement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Our Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free tier: Limited features and automations
  • Paid tiers: Monthly or annual subscriptions with enhanced features
  • All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit any viruses or malicious code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Shopify Integration

By connecting your Shopify store to VelocityApps:

  • You grant us permission to access your Shopify store data as necessary to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store
  • You agree to comply with Shopify's Terms of Service
  • We store your Shopify access tokens securely using encryption
  • You may revoke access at any time through your Shopify admin panel

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VelocityApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOCITYAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
